Lariat Loop Scenic and Historic Byway

The picnic shelter serves as an interpretive stop next to the masonry pillars at the base of Lookout Mountain, the north entrance to the Lariat Loop Scenic Byway. Interpretive signs are attached to the masonry columns on the shelter.
