Canoeists enjoy an afternoon paddle on Western Lake, a coastal dune lake situated just north of the Gulf of Mexico shoreline. White sand beaches and sand dunes surround the canoeists on both sides as they paddle the serene, blue waters of the lake, heading towards the open waters of the Gulf.
