This is a perfectly restored historic animated 40-foot-high sign, one of dozens found along the City of Las Vegas, Las Vegas Boulevard State Scenic Byway. It features a horse up on its hind legs with the rider holding his hand in the air, all in vivid colorful lights. The sign is located on the landscaped median on Las Vegas Boulevard in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.
