Prior to joining FHWA, I worked for the Odesa, Ukraine Design and Construction Unit, Military Base, and New York City DOT. I have over 38 years of professional public sector experience focused on addressing transportation needs and issues in cooperation with a diverse set of transportation partners and stakeholders. By utilizing proven leadership and experience, as well as highly motivated and result-oriented management skills, I've established and maintained expert knowledge, fostered new and innovative partnerships, and inspired teamwork with FHWA personnel and our partners. Recent Accomplishments:

Since joining the MD Division as the Division Administrator in May 2023, I have led a great team of 21 professionals to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and delivery of the FAHP in the State of MD. Under my leadership, the key accomplishments during the past 6 months of the PY24 include:

- Emergency response to the collapse of the Francisco Scott Key (FSK).

- Built partnerships with the MDOT leadership team.

- MD Division reorganization.

- Continue to support and lead the Division employees in their professional and personal development.

Future Activities and Goals for FFY 25:

- Rebuild the FSK as quickly and safely as possible.

- Continue to assist Federal, State, and Local partners in the implementation of BIL programs and projects.

- Continue to enhance my leadership competencies to continue valuable contributions to the agency and the Division's goals

and objectives.

- Continue to enhance internal and external partnerships in the most accountable manner through transparent and all-

inclusive collaboration.

- Support the Division Team's professional growth while ensuring equitable access to government-issued or approved

technology and tools.
