Bartlett, Mark D Division Administrator ALABAMA On September 3, 2006, Mark Bartlett became the Division Administrator for the Alabama Division of the Federal Highway Administration. In this position, he directs a multi-disciplinary staff that administers the program to State and local partners throughout the State of Alabama. Prior to his current appointment, Mark served as the Assistant Division Administrator for the Georgia Division. Mark began his career with the FHWA in the Highway Engineer Training Program with assignments in Tennessee. Following the training program, Mark held various positions in Kentucky. Mark is a registered Professional Engineer in and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.
