Tolliver, Vershun (Acting) Division Administrator IOWA Vershun Tolliver assumed his role as the Illinois Division Administrator on March 24, 2024. Prior to this selection, he served in the Colorado and later the Missouri Division Office as the Deputy Division Administrator and played an integral role in advancing multi-billion-dollar Federal Aid Highway programs. In each of these capacities, he was responsible for foraging strong relationships with the DOT's and other internal and external partners, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the Division Offices while, leading a diverse group of transportation professionals responsible for the stewardship and oversight of the Federal-Aid Highway program. Vershun began working with FHWA as a contract IT Specialist in 2004. In December of 2008, he joined the Professional Development Program , with placements in the Tennessee and Kansas Division Offices as a Finance Specialist. Since that time, he held multiple positions with progressive responsibility in multiple Division Offices ranging from, Acting Deputy Division Administrator in the Iowa Division, Acting Deputy Division Administrator in the West Virginia Division, and Finance Manager in the Alabama Division Office. Vershun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University and is married with 2 kids.
